Kenitra - Loads of humanitarian assistance aboard seven aircrafts left Monday Morocco's Atlantic town of Kénitra for the flood-hit populations of Niger and Burkina Faso.
The assistance, composed of several tons of medicines, hundreds of tents and thousands of blankets, is sent via an airlift set up by the north African country, in accordance with the instructions of H.M. king Mohammed VI.
A first flight had landed Sunday in Niamey and Ouagadougou with similar assistance items, and others are due part of this programme.
H.M. the king had decided to send emergency humanitarian aids as part of the active solidarity and brotherly ties between Morocco and the two African states.
